INGREDIENTS (for 2 people)
Two handfuls of spinach
Juice of half a lemon
200 ml coconut water
Cut the bananas into pieces, spoon out the avocado and wash the spinach. Put all ingredients together in a blender. Mix for 1 minute until smooth. Pour into a glass and drink!
Tip: For a smoothie that’s nice and cold, add a frozen banana to the smoothie.
